My name is Ashley Mangrum. My goal, as owner of the Polished Pineapple, is to set your home in the best light, attracting the most buyers. According to a 2023 report from the National Association of REALTORS®, “twenty percent of buyers’ agents said that staging a home increased the dollar value offered between one and five percent, compared to other similar homes on the market that were not staged, which is nothing to sneeze at. I believe every home has potential, but some homes need help uncovering it! I want to help uncover your home’s potential by creating a spacious and inviting feel. Buyers will fall in love as they walk through your home and will begin to picture their own items in your space. I will declutter, start packing, and arrange furniture to get your home looking its best. I can provide fresh décor and furniture to add polish and define each space as needed. A polished home is a sold home!

*Stair Fee*
I will have to hire movers to help bring items up the stairs. The stair fee is an additional $200 for setup and $200 for teardown. If you can provide me at least one helper, I will waive the fee.
Welcome Package
Details:

- $50/room for setup
- $50/room teardown
- $.55/mileage to and from address

Pineapple Package
Details:
*2 to 3 pieces of furniture per room*
- 3 rooms max: 1 bedroom, living room, dining room
- Light décor-tabletop, wall art
- Light textiles-bath towels, throw pillows, bedding, blankets
*Additional fee for stairs*

- $100/room for setup - $100/room teardown
- $.55/mileage to and from address
- $100/day rental with 3 day minimum
Crown Package
Details:
- 3 additional rooms: sitting room, office, outdoor space

Fruit Salad Package

- Decluttering and packing

What To Expect
I usually schedule a setup for the day before your home pictures are scheduled and a teardown for the last day and last hour of your Open House. I require payment upfront for setup, teardown, mileage, and estimated number of rental days. If you need to increase your number of rental days, I will need a 24 hour notice. For payment, I accept Venmo, Cashapp, and cash.
My style is a comfortable, traditional collaboration. The decor and furniture I provide are items that have been handed down, scores from antique stores, or thrift store finds. Every piece has been repainted, recovered, or repurposed. These unique items, perfectly displayed, will create a cozy, welcoming space for potential buyers walking through.
